1. Our Bag2School campaign is on! Now is a good time to start Spring cleaning and we are happy to help out! We are collecting ALL men’s, women’s and children’s clothing including all footwear and outerwear, belts, purses, handbags, clean linens and towels.
Remember the textile industry is the second greatest polluting industry after only oil and over 85% of textile waste is still disposed of in our municipal landfill even though it is almost 100% recyclable.
Pass the word to family, friends, neighbours, etc. The drop off box is beside the front office.
Collection dates: May 21 – 29th. (Pick up is 10 am on May 29th.)
2. Spring has finally arrived. A HUGE thank you to our Falcon Earth Heroes and parent volunteers for staying after school on Thursday, May 23rd to spruce up our school grounds. Our flowerbeds look amazing.
