Progress reports will be sent home with each student on Monday, November 14^th.  These reports provide you with information about your child’s progress at this point in the year.  Conferencing with a teacher provides additional information for you to support your child’s learning.  Interviews can be done face to face or over the phone.

This year, we will be booking interviews using School Day, our on-line booking system.  All teachers will be available to meet with parents on Friday, November 18^th, which is a P. A. Day from 11:00 pm until 2:40 pm.  Interviews will be booked in 10 minute intervals.  If you would like to speak with a teacher other than the homeroom teacher, you will be able to do book this on School Day as well.  (e.g the French teacher or Phys. Ed teacher)

If the times listed don’t work for you, please contact the teacher directly to set up an alternate time.   This contact could be done through a note in your child’s planner.

School Day will be open for booking on Thursday, November 10^th by 4:00 pm.
