Forest Glen Public School sits on a beautiful site in New Hamburg, Ontario.The original school building was built in 1974. Additions were added in 1993.  Approximately 500 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 pursue academic excellence each day.  The school day is organized around ten 30 minute periods and two nutrition breaks between 8:20 am and 2:40 pm.

A wide range of activities are available for students to be involved in, including interschool and intramural athletics and activities, choirs and clubs. Students have multiple opportunities to develop their leadership skills through activities such as Social Justice Initiatives, SAC, FAC,  and a variety of other volunteer opportunities. We value social responsibility and support community fundraising for such organizations as the Wilmot Family Resource Centre, and other worthwhile charities.
