Forest Glen has achieved Gold EcoSchools status again this year. The EcoKids have earned this award for their commitment to recycling, composting and projects such as Bags2School, Winter Coat Drive, and Walk to School Wednesdays. The students continue to look ahead to next year and maintaining the school’s gold level of achievement. The EcoKids would like to explore some new initiatives that exemplify our commitment – paper straws, beautification projects and elimination of plastic spoons at the office.
